Your Patch Pty Ltd may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars and all charges will be processed in Australian dollars.

Your Patch Pty Ltd reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase.

Your Patch Pty Ltd will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Your Patch Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery Your Patch Pty Ltd will notify its customers within 5 business days.

Once Payment has been received and processed, goods will be shipped—please allow 7-10 business days.

Delivery Restrictions

Your Patch Pty Ltd will deliver to addresses within the Perth metropolitan area only.

Credit card payments are secured using through our Gateway Provider Card Access Services. This ensures all credit card details you send to us via the internet will be encrypted. This makes it impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorised party as long as your browser supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.

Refunds

Defective items will be replaced. Your Patch Pty Ltd will not process refunds for incorrect purchase or a change of mind. All Refund requests need to be made in writing to mail@yourpatchorganic.com within 7 days of purchase.

In the event that Your Patch Pty Ltd chooses not to ship an item, you will be notified by email and any amount charged to your credit card will be refunded.

Delivery Policy

• We only deliver within the Perth metropolitan area.
• We do not ship items to a PO Box address.
• A delivery address cannot be changed once an order(s) has been shipped.
• Goods will be left at the premises if no one is home to receive the goods. We will endeavour to leave them in a location where they are out of sight.
• An order cannot be cancelled once an order(s) has been shipped.
• Shipping time may vary depending on your location. Please allow 2 – 7 days for delivery.
