Your Patch Organic will come to your garden (Perth Metro area), rejuvenate your soil and plant out your garden ready for a bumper crop!

This is our online order form, and you can use it to select which beautiful vegetables and herbs you want planted out in your tubs.

Garden bed restocking fee:

  • $47.50 — per standard sized bed | 3m x 1.5m
  • $26.50 — per small sized bed | 2m x 0.8m
  • $40.00 — per quarter tank of garlic

When completing this form, please ensure you "fill up" your garden beds to 100%.
